Ingredients
- ¼ x lime
- 50 g tortilla chips
- 100 g halloumi cheese
- ½ x red onion
- 1 handful rocket
- 4 x tortillas
- ¼ x red pepper
- ¼ x yellow red bell pepper
- ¼ x green pepper
- ½ tsp red pepper spice
- ½ dl crème fraîche
- 1 clove garlic
Method
- Heat up a frying pan with lots of olive oil, and fry the coated halloumi on all sides until golden brown.
- Top the tortillas with rocket, veggies, crispy halloumi and some extra creme fraiche.
- Mince the garlic and add to bowl together with creme fraiche, paprika spice and limejuice.
- Cut halloumi into cubes and dip first in creme fraiche and then cover in tortilla chips-flour.
- Heat up the tortillas according to the instructions on the package, and cut red onion and bell peppers into cubes.
- Add tortilla chips to a food prosessor and mix until you are left with flour.
