Ingredients
- ½ dl milk
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 1 dl heavy cream
- 1 handful strawberries
- 1 tbsp dutch-process cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp sugar free and stevia mix powdered sugar
Method
- Add milk, chocolate, cocoa and sugar free sweetener to a saucepan. Heat on low heat while stirring until everything is melted together. Cool.
- Whip the cream and invert to the cooled chocolate mixture.
- Pour into serving glasses and place in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours, or overnight.
- Top with fresh berries and preferably a little extra chocolate pieces.
