Tasty Dessert made from Christmas Cake Leftovers

Ingredients

• 1 dl heavy cream
• ½ tsp sugar
• 4 x christmas cookies
• 25 g dark chocolate
• 50 g raspberries

Method

1. In this recipe we use Norwegian ‘Havreflarn’, but you can use any Christmas cake leftovers you have. Sweet Christmas cakes such as gingerbread and Norwegian ‘Krumkaker’ ,fit nicely in this recipe!
2. Whip heavy cream and sugar.
3. Coarsely chop the christmas cookies and dark chocolate.
4. Find a nice glass, and add crushed oatmeal cookies, dark chocolate and whipped cream in layers until there is no more left. Top with raspberries.
