Ingredients
- 300 g frozen mango
- 20 g spinach
- 1 x frozen banana
- 1 x apple
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 ½ dl oat milk
- 3 dl cold water
- ½ x lemon
Method
- Put all the ingredients in a powerful blender
- mix until you have a smooth consistency.
- Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately. You can also put a portion in the fridge until the next day, then stir it lightly before drinking it.
