Ingredients
- 200 g frozen strawberries
- 1 x kiwi
- ½ x frozen banana
- ½ x avocado
- 3 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 dl oat milk
Method
- Put all the ingredients in a powerful blender, mix to a lump-free and smooth mixture.
- If you want an even sweeter taste in this bowl, you can add 1 - 2 tablespoons of maple syrup to the mixture.
- Pour into two bowls. Top with fresh berries and banana. Enjoy!
