Ingredients
- 150 g frozen mango
- 2 x frozen banana
- 1 dl coconut milk
- 1 x passion fruit
Method
- Place the ingredients in a food processor. Except for the passion fruit.
- Mix until you have a smooth consistency. It's possible you have to stop every now and then to press down and help a little along the way. Lightly mix in the passion fruit at the end.
- Enjoy right away or if you want an even firmer ice cream consistency, you can put it in the freezer for about 10 - 20 minutes.
