Blueberry smoothie with apple and lemon

Ingredients

  • 150 g frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp greek yoghurt natural
  • 2 dl oat milk
  • ½ x ripe banana
  • ½ x apple
  • 1 handful spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 slices lemon

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. squeeze in lemon juice.
  3. Add a little water if more liquid is needed. Enjoy!
