Ingredients
- 150 g frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp greek yoghurt natural
- 2 dl oat milk
- ½ x ripe banana
- ½ x apple
- 1 handful spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 slices lemon
Method
- Put all the ingredients in a blender.
- squeeze in lemon juice.
- Add a little water if more liquid is needed. Enjoy!
