Mango spinach smoothie

ingredienser

  • 300 g frozen mango
  • 20 g spinach
  • 1 x frozen banana
  • 1 x apple
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 ½ dl oat milk
  • 3 dl cold water
  • ½ x lemon

fremsgangsmåte

  1. Put all the ingredients in a powerful blender
  2. mix until you have a smooth consistency.
  3. Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately. You can also put a portion in the fridge until the next day, then stir it lightly before drinking it.
