Ingredients
- 7 ½ x plums
- 15 g butter
- 15 g oats
- 15 g walnuts
- 30 g sugar free powdered sugar
Method
- Divide the plums into smaller pieces and remove the stone.
- Put in portion forms and sprinkle sukrin gold over the plums.
- Then knead together room temperature butter, oatmeal, walnuts and sukrin gold with your hands to a crumble, and spread over the plums.
- Bake at 175 degrees celsius for 30-35 minutes. Cool a little and serve, preferably with a dollop of vanilla whipped cream!
