
This is the best sugar-free vanilla fudge you've ever tasted! The combination between sweet and salty is so good! You have to try this recipe!
Ingredients
- 320 g evaporated milk
- 60 g sugar free powdered sugar
- 20 g finesse baking sugar
- 30 g butter
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 100 g sugar free dark chocolate
- 15 g sugar-free sprinkles rainbow
Method
- Sprinkle some salt and cake sprinkles in the bottom of a silicone mold
- The vanilla fudge: Mix together condensed milk, granulated sugar, caster sugar, vanilla powder and butter in a frying pan.
- Stir for approx. 20-30 minutes until it starts to thicken. Stir constantly
- Take the silicone mold out of the fridge and fill it with caramel.
- Put the mold back in the fridge until the next day and enjoy!
