Ingredients
- 100 g almond
- 100 g walnuts
- 100 g hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp sugar free powdered sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 pinch sea salt flakes
Method
- Set the oven at 180 degrees, over-underheat. Spread the nuts on a baking tray with parchment paper and pre-fry for 6-8 minutes, until they start to turn golden. Place the nuts in a bowl.
- Turn in melted butter, sukrin gold, cinnamon and crushed flaxseed salt. Spread the nuts over the baking tray with baking paper again.
- Then put the nuts back in the oven. Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until a good tan (make sure they do not burn!). Cool the nuts on the baking tray.
- After the nuts have cooled, they become crunchy. Store in a glass jar in the kitchen cabinet.
