Ingredients
- 100 g butter
- 1 dl powdered sugar
- ¾ dl sugar free powdered sugar
- 1 x eggs
- 2 dl whole grain flour
- 1 ½ dl oats
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g sugar free dark chocolate
- 1 x orange
Method
- Whisk room temperatured butter, sukrin gold and powdered sugar together. Add an egg while you stir..
- Mix together whole wheat flour, oatmeal, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Mix the flour mixture and the butter mixture together.
- Chop chocolate and mix it to the bowl.
- Grate the peel of a whole orange and squeeze the juice. Mix this to the batter.
- Divide the dough into small tops on a baking tray. Bake in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees celsius for 15-20 min.
