Ingredients
- 1 dl cabbage
- 1 x spring onion
- ⅛ x cucumber
- ⅛ x green apple
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander
- 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
- ⅛ x lime
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 handful tortilla chips
Method
- Thinly slice the cabbage, cucumber, spring onion and apple and add to a bowl.
- Make a green dressing by mashing garlic, avocado, coriander, olive oil, lime juice and salt in a blender. Add to the chopped veggies and mix well.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
