Edamame beans in garlic and soy butter

These edamame beans are super quick and easy to throw together, and super tasty! You can eat this as a snack, or serve it as a side dish!

Ingredients

  • 3 clove garlic
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 400 g edamame
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

Method

  1. Finely chop the garlic. Put the butter in a frying pan and let it cook until it turns slightly golden. Add the garlic and thawed edamame beans and fry in the butter for 1–2 minutes. Then add soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey and sesame oil and mix everything well.
