Ingredients
- 1 tbsp ginger
- ½ x chili
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ pack frozen vegetables
- 120 g noodles
- 2 x eggs
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 x spring onion
- ¼ x lime
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Method
- Boil water in a pot.
- Mince the garlic, ginger and chili, and fry in a frying pan.
- Add frozen vegetables to the frying pan and cook until the vegetables have a golden color.
- Add noodles to the boiling water and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
- Crack the eggs over the vegetables in the pan and stir until combined. Season with soy sauce and black pepper.
- Add the drained noodles to the vegetables and fold until combined. Serve with finely chopped spring onions, a sprinkle of sesame seeds and a few slices of lime.
