Wok with Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • ½ x chili
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ pack frozen vegetables
  • 120 g noodles
  • 2 x eggs
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 x spring onion
  • ¼ x lime
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Method

  1. Boil water in a pot.
  2. Mince the garlic, ginger and chili, and fry in a frying pan.
  3. Add frozen vegetables to the frying pan and cook until the vegetables have a golden color.
  4. Add noodles to the boiling water and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Crack the eggs over the vegetables in the pan and stir until combined. Season with soy sauce and black pepper.
  6. Add the drained noodles to the vegetables and fold until combined. Serve with finely chopped spring onions, a sprinkle of sesame seeds and a few slices of lime.
