Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- ¼ x red chili
- 2 x spring onion
- 1 x carrot
- 1 x radishes
- 1 x eggs
- 1 x beef bouillon
- 4 dl water
- 45 g rice noodles
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 dl coconut milk
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander
- ¼ x lime
Method
- Thinly slice the garlic, ginger, chili, spring onion, carrot and radish.
- Boil water in a saucepan, and add the egg once the water has started to boil. Cook for about 8 minutes.
- Fry all the vegetables (except for the radish and green parts of the spring onions) in a saucepan for a few minutes.
- Add beef bouillon, water and rice noodles, and cook until the noodles are done.
- Finally, add soy sauce and coconut milk. Top the ramen with boiled eggs, fresh coriander, the green part of the spring onion (chopped) and fresh lime juice.
