
Ingredients
- ½ clove garlic
 - ¼ x red chili
 - 1 x spring onion
 - 200 g minced meat
 - 50 g cabbage
 - 1 x carrot
 - 100 g glass noodles
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
 - ¼ tsp black pepper
 - ¼ x lime
 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 
Method
- Mince the garlic, chili and the white part of the spring onion and fry in a frying pan for a few minutes.
 - Add minced meat and cook until it is almost done.
 - Grate cabbage and carrots, and add to the frying pan with the minced meat. Cook until the cabbage is soft.
 - Boil glass noodles according to the instructions on the package.
 - Fold the noodles into the meat and vegetable mixture. Season with soy sauce, hoisin sauce, black pepper and lime juice.
 - Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan. Serve the wok sprinkled with sesame seeds and chopped spring onions.
