Ingredients
- 250 g whole wheat flour
- ¼ pack dry yeast
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ dl lukewarm water
- ½ clove garlic
- 1 x avocado
- ¼ x lime
- ½ pack corn
- ½ x red onion
- 200 g minced meat
- ½ pack taco spice mix
- ¼ dl water
- ½ dl sour cream
Method
- Combine whole wheat flour, dry yeast, salt and lukewarm water, and knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
- Shape the dough into burger buns and let them rise on a baking tray lined with baking paper for about 45 minutes. Meanwhile, proceed to the next step.
- Next, make the guacamole. Mince the garlic, and add it to a bowl with avocado, lime juice and a pinch of salt. Mash everything together until you have a nice and smooth (or chunky) guac, and set aside.
- Dice the red onion and mix together with the corn. Set aside.
- Bake the hamburger buns in the middle of the oven at 225 degrees celsius for about 15 minutes.
- Combine minced meat, taco seasoning and a splash of water in a bowl, and shape the dough into burgers. Fry the burger patties in a frying pan on both sides until thoroughly cooked.
- Top the hamburger buns with burgers, guacamole, red onion and corn, sour cream and a handful of tortilla chips.
