Taco Salad

Taco salad is so easy to make and tastes really good. You can only look forward to this delicious bowl with lots of nutrition and taste! If you make this dish as part of the weekly menu, you can use some of the salsa you made earlier.

Ingredients

  • 100 g pork mince
  • 150 g chickpeas
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 dl water
  • 1 dl corn
  • 1 handful lettuce
  • 1 handful grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp taco spice mix
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 x avocado
  • ½ x lime
  • ½ x mango

Method

  1. In a bowl, add chopped lettuce, diced mango, sweetcorn, grated cheese, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, meat and tortilla chips. After you have added this you can serve the dish and enjoy!
  2. Make a quick guacamole by mashing avocado together with finely chopped garlic and lime juice.
  3. Fry pork to a pan. Rinse the chickpeas and put it in the pan together with the taco seasoning and water.
