Ingredients
- 100 g tortilla chips
- 300 g chili sin carne
- 100 g cheese
- 1 handful rocket
- ¼ x lime
- 1 dl crème fraîche
Method
- I am using store-bought chili sin carne in this recipe. If you can't find any where you live, this recipe is perfect to make whenever you have leftover chili sin carne.
- Add tortilla chips to an oven-safe casserole. Pour over the chili sin carne and top with cheese.
- Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees celcius for about 15 minutes, and serve with rocket, creme fraiche and lime.
