Ingredients
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x slice of bread
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp kimchi
- 1 pinch sea salt flakes
- 200 g watermelon
Method
- Melt butter and oil to a frying pan, add flaxseed salt and add the bread slices. When golden brown and crispy on one side, turn them over.
- To make one toast, place two slices of cheddar on one of the slices of bread, 2 tablespoons kimchi and 2 slices of cheddar in layers. Place a slice over and let the cheese melt by adding a lid to the pan. Lower the heat so that the toast do not burn.
- Dice watermelon and serve immediately.
