Kimchi Cheese Sandwich with Watermelon

  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x slice of bread
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp kimchi
  • 1 pinch sea salt flakes
  • 200 g watermelon

  1. Melt butter and oil to a frying pan, add flaxseed salt and add the bread slices. When golden brown and crispy on one side, turn them over.
  2. To make one toast, place two slices of cheddar on one of the slices of bread, 2 tablespoons kimchi and 2 slices of cheddar in layers. Place a slice over and let the cheese melt by adding a lid to the pan. Lower the heat so that the toast do not burn.
  3. Dice watermelon and serve immediately.
