
Ingredients
- 300 g black beans
- 1 pack taco spice mix
- 100 g corn
- ½ x romaine lettuce
- 50 g cheese
- 25 g tortilla chips
- ½ dl sour cream
- ¼ x lime
Method
- For this dinner, we used pickled red onion, pickled radish and peamole that were made earlier in the weekly menu.
- Add black beans, taco seasoning, corn and a splash of water in a frying pan, and cook until the water has disappeared from the pan.
- Chop romaine lettuce.
- Fill a bowl with the bean filling, chopped lettuce, grated cheese, crushed tortilla chips, peamole, sour cream, pickled radish, pickled red onion an lime.
