Ingredients
- 8 slices sour dough bread
- 100 g butter
- 80 g mozzarella
- 80 g cheddar cheese
- 80 g norwegian jarlsberg cheese
- 80 g norwegian norvegia cheese
Method
- Cut the bread into 8 thick slices and put butter on the slices. Grate the cheese and mix together. Put a good layer of cheese on each slice and place the second slice on top.
- Bake in the Cosori AirFryer at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes until the sandwich turns golden and all the cheese has melted.
- Tip! Serve with a hearty marmalade or chutney.
