Gluten-free Savoury Waffles with Cheddar Cheese, Dill and Spring Onion

Ingredients
- 35 g cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp spring onion
- 2 tbsp dill
- 3 x eggs
- 3 ½ dl milk
- 4 dl gluten-free whole grain flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
Method
- Grate the cheddar and mince the spring onion and dill.
- Whisk together the eggs and add the milk, cheddar, spring onion and dill.
- Add the dry ingredients and stir until you have a smooth and lump-free batter. Let the batter set for 15 minutes before frying them in a waffle iron together with butter.
- Serve with cream cheese and some extra spring onion and dill.
