Ingredients
- 1 x tortillas
- 1 x carrot
- 1 handful cabbage
- 1 handful cucumber
- 1 handful red cabbage
- 2 dl kidney beans
- 1 handful lettuce
- 2 tbsp satay sauce
Method
- Chop up the cabbage, carrot, pepper and cucumber into small pieces before mixing in two tablespoons of peanøttsaus with the vegetables in a bowl.
- Rinse the kidney beans free of brine and mash them with a fork before adding two tablespoons of peanut sauce. Mix it all together.
- Fill the wrap with all the ingredients.
