Ingredients
- 1 x cinnamon stick
- 2 dl sugar-free concentrated juice
- 6 dl water
- 2 x star anise
- 10 x whole cloves
- ½ x vanilla bean
- 1 pinch cardamom
- 1 x clementine
- ½ x lemon
Method
- Divide the vanilla bean in half and scrape out the seeds. Mix all the ingredients together in a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Let the mixture soak below the boiling point for at least 30 minutes - preferably longer. Serve hot, preferably with chopped almonds and raisins if desired.
- You can store the mulled wine in the fridge for several days, and either drink cold or reheat before serving.
