The world's easiest and best breakfast when you want something extra good that fills you up for a long time. Fits just as well for an evening snack too!
Ingredients
- 1 x banana
- 1 dl oats
- 1 x eggs
- 1 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
Scrambled oats:
- 1 handful frozen raspberries
- ½ x apple
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Raspberry and apple topping:
Method
- Put banana, oatmeal, eggs, yogurt, cinnamon, olive oil and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Mash it all together until well mixed.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Put in the oat batter and spread it out to form an even layer and fry like a pancake which you turn. Bake for about 5 minutes until it is crisp and firm.
- Cut up the apple, mix together with raspberries and maple syrup in a pan. Heat for a couple of minutes and pour it over the scrambled oats , together with a dash of Greek vanilla yoghurt. Enjoy!
