Scrambled oats

The world's easiest and best breakfast when you want something extra good that fills you up for a long time. Fits just as well for an evening snack too!

Ingredients

    Scrambled oats:

  • 1 x banana
  • 1 dl oats
  • 1 x eggs
  • 1 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt

    Raspberry and apple topping:

  • 1 handful frozen raspberries
  • ½ x apple
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Method

  1. Put banana, oatmeal, eggs, yogurt, cinnamon, olive oil and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Mash it all together until well mixed.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Put in the oat batter and spread it out to form an even layer and fry like a pancake which you turn. Bake for about 5 minutes until it is crisp and firm.
  3. Cut up the apple, mix together with raspberries and maple syrup in a pan. Heat for a couple of minutes and pour it over the scrambled oats , together with a dash of Greek vanilla yoghurt. Enjoy!
