Banana Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 handful dark chocolate
  • 1 dl oat flour
  • 1 dl plain white flour
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 x banana
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 1 x eggs

Method

  1. Divide the batter into muffin tins and bake in the oven for approx. 15 minutes or until they get a golden crust.
  2. Preheat the oven at 190 degrees celsius.
  3. Mix in the dry ingredients and add chopped dark chocolate.
  4. Use a blender to mix egg, cottage cheese, maple syrup and banana until you get a smooth batter.
