Pulled Dried Mutton Ribs Burger with Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 3 ½ dl plain white flour
  • ¼ pack dry yeast
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ dl lukewarm water
  • 1 x carrot
  • ½ x green apple
  • ⅕ x red cabbage
  • 1 ½ dl sour cream
  • 400 g leftover dried mutton ribs

Method

  1. Make hamburger bread by mixing together flour, dry yeast, salt and lukewarm water in a bowl and knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
  2. Divide the dough into approximately equal pieces and shape each piece into round hamburger bread. Let them rise on a baking tray lined with baking paper under a cloth for about 45-60 minutes.
  3. Make coleslaw by grating carrot and apple with a grater, and cut up red cabbage into thin strips.
  4. Mix together the chopped vegetables with sour cream, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake the hamburger buns in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees celsius for about 15 minutes.
  6. Top the hamburgers with coleslaw and pulled dried mutton ribs.
