This is made on the same principle as the Danish potato pizza, but we have swopped the flavors to carrot and blue cheese!
Ingredients
- 3 ½ dl plain white flour
- ¼ pack dry yeast
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ dl lukewarm water
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1 clove garlic
- 60 g blue cheese
- 1 x carrot
Method
- Make the pizza dough by combining flour, dry yeast, salt and lukewarm water in a bowl. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes and let it rise for about 45 minutes.
- Peel the carrot, and slice it thinly.
- Roll out the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Top with sour cream sauce, carrot slices, blue cheese and spices. Bake in the middle of the oven at 250 degrees celsius for about 10-15 minutes.
- If you have some salad in the fridge, it is perfect to top the pizza with some fresh salad.
