Ingredients
- 1 dl quinoa
- 2 dl chickpeas
- 2 dl kidney beans
- 1 x yellow onion
- 1 x red pepper
- 4 tbsp tomato puree
- 2 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp chili
- 2 dl water
- 1 handful parsley
Method
- Rinse the quinoa and clean the chickpeas and kidney beans free of brine.
- Chop up the onion and paprika before adding all the ingredients to a saucepan.
- Stir well before letting it cook on medium heat until the quinoa is cooked. Top with parsley
