
Ingredients
- 1 x salmon fillet
- ¼ x cucumber
- ½ x red onion
- ⅓ pack cherry tomatoes
- 4 x potato wrap
- ⅓ pack rocket
- 50 g feta cheese
Method
- Season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper and chili, and bake in the middle of the oven at 215 degrees celsius for 10-15 minutes.
- Chop the cucumber, red onion and cherry tomatoes.
- Fill the potato wraps with rocket, chopped vegetables, feta cheese and baked salmon.
