Ingredients
- 100 g fusilli
- 100 g diced bacon
- ¼ x cucumber
- ½ x red onion
- ⅓ pack cherry tomatoes
- 50 g feta cheese
- ⅓ pack rocket
Method
- Boil pasta in salted water and fry the bacon in a frying pan.
- Chop the cucumber, red onion and cherry tomatoes, and mix in a bowl with rocket and feta cheese.
- Rinse the pasta in cold water to cool. Mix with pesto before adding to the bowl with vegetables..
- Stir in bacon and serve.
