Ingredients
- 100 g walnuts
- 100 g hazelnuts
- 12 x medjool dates
- 200 g coconut cream
- 150 g coconut oil
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- 50 ml maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Method
- The ingredients are calculated for a 30x20cm oven tray if you have set the app to 16 portions. Adjust the specified amounts if you want to make a larger or smaller cake.
- Start by melting the coconut oil on the bain marie. Mix all the ingredients in a food processor until the mixture has a sticky consistency. Pour the mixture into a springform pan with baking paper at the bottom and distribute evenly. Put it in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Top with cocoa nibs and enjoy!
