Raw Vegan Coconut Balls

It is so easy to prepare these raw vegan coconut balls and they do also make the perfect, healthy snack!

Ingredients

  • 150 g coconut flakes
  • 100 g cashews
  • 100 g coconut oil
  • 70 g maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 15 x almond

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender, except for the almonds. Mix it until a smooth consistency and the add the mixture into a bowl.
  2. Place in the fridge for 1-2h until it hardens a little.
  3. Remove from the fridge and scoop a teaspoon of the mixture and place an almond in the middle. Roll into a ball and then coat it in coconut flakes.
  4. Repeat this process until there is no mixture left. And enjoy!!
