Ingredients
- 100 g hazelnut flour
- 100 g walnuts
- 100 g pecans
- 50 ml oat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 50 ml coconut oil
- 100 ml maple syrup
- 3 tbsp raw cacao
- 2 tbsp raw cacao
- 50 ml coconut oil
- 30 ml maple syrup
Method
- The ingredients are counted for a regular tray 30x20cm in size, if you have selected the app for 20 portions. Adjust the quantities if you wish to prepare a different quantity.
- Mix the first 9 ingredients in a food processor and spread the mixture in a cooking tray with baking paper on the bottom. Freeze it for at least 1h and slowly unfreeze it in the fridge.
- Start with shredding the cacao butter and then melt it on bain marie. Mix together with the maple syrup, 2 tbsp cacao powder and rum essence and drizzle on top of the brownies. You can also add crushed nuts for the crunch factor.
