Ingredients
- 3 ½ dl plain white flour
- ¼ pack dry yeast
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ dl lukewarm water
- 1 x carrot
- ½ x green apple
- ⅕ x red cabbage
- 1 ½ dl sour cream
- 400 g leftover dried mutton ribs
Method
- Make hamburger bread by mixing together flour, dry yeast, salt and lukewarm water in a bowl and knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into approximately equal pieces and shape each piece into round hamburger bread. Let them rise on a baking tray lined with baking paper under a cloth for about 45-60 minutes.
- Make coleslaw by grating carrot and apple with a grater, and cut up red cabbage into thin strips.
- Mix together the chopped vegetables with sour cream, and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake the hamburger buns in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees celsius for about 15 minutes.
- Top the hamburgers with coleslaw and pulled dried mutton ribs.
