Ingredients
- 500 g frozen pineapple
- 2 ½ dl coconut milk
- 1 dl pineapple juice
- ½ x lemon
- 100 g pineapple
Method
- Dice the fresh pineapple and juice the lemon.
- Add frozen pineapple, coconut milk, pineapple juice and lemon juice to a blender. Mix until well blended. If desired, freeze the mixture for about 30 minutes for a firmer consistency-
- Add the mixture to a piping bag and pipe into serving glasses. Top the dish off with some fresh pineapple chunks. Enjoy!
