A magical taste of summer!
Ingredients
- 1 x pineapple
- 2 x banana
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 ½ dl coconut milk
Method
- Cut the pineapple into whole slices crosswise.
- Cut out the food, so that it forms rings from the shell.
- mix together pineapple, banana, honey and coconut milk in a blender until it becomes a smooth batter.
- Place a sheet of baking paper on a surface you can keep in the freezer.
- Place the rings on the baking paper and pour the batter evenly into the pineapple rings.
- Keep in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours. Until they are completely frozen.
- Place the frozen pineapple rings on a cutting board and cut into four pieces. Put back in the freezer in pieces those that are not to be eaten right away. Get yourself a delicious pina colada ice cream whenever you want.
