
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 x eggs
- 4 dl gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp butter
Method
- Whisk together sugar and eggs before adding milk. Add the dry ingredients, and stir until you have a smooth, lump-free batter.
- Let the batter rest for 15 minutes before you fry them in a waffle iron with butter.
- Serve warm with berries, yoghurt and honey.
