
Ingredients
- 5 x medjool dates
- 1 ½ dl oats
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp sea salt flakes
- 1 tbsp dutch-process cocoa powder
Method
- Remove the stone from the dates and place them in a bowl of boiled water for a few minutes to make them softer.
- Put oatmeal in a blender and mix until it has turned into flour.
- Melt coconut oil (or butter) and add in a food processor along with the dates, oatmeal, baking cocoa and flaxseed salt. Run in the food processor until you have a sticky dough (if you do not have a food processor, you can easily mash it all with a fork instead).
- Shape the dough into balls and store in the freezer.
