Ingredients
- 38 g medjool dates
- 1 ½ tbsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp dutch-process cocoa powder
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Use a teaspoon to scoop out the dough and roll into balls. This recipe makes about 4-6 balls depending on the size. Next, roll the balls in some cacao powder, before storing them in an airtight container (if they last that long..).
