Cloudberry Cream

Ingredients

• 2 dl heavy cream
• ½ tsp sugar
• 50 g cloudberries

Method

1. Serve this dessert in a "krumkake" - it tastes heavenly. Top with more cloudberries and a leaf of mint.
2. Add cloudberries and mix well.
3. Make whipped cream with heavy cream and sugar.
