Ingredients
- 200 g chickpeas
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp curry spice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ x cucumber
- ½ x avocado
- ½ x red onion
- ⅓ x summer crisp lettuce
Method
- Fry the chickpeas in a frying pan together with olive oil, curry and salt until the chickpeas turn golden.
- In this recipe we use tzatziki and pita bread that were made earlier this weekly menu.
- Cut the cucumber, avocado, red onion and salad and add to a bowl together with the chickpeas. Serve the bowl with pita bread and tzatziki.
