Ingredients
- ½ pack chickpeas
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic
- ¼ pack parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ dl plain white flour
- ¼ pack rocket
- ½ x avocado
- ½ x cucumber
Method
- Drain the liquid from the chickpea carton and rinse them well in water.
- Mince the garlic and parsley, and add to a bowl along with chickpeas, olive oil, cumin, flour and salt. Mash it all with a fork until it comes together.
- Form the dough into flat balls and bake in a pan together with plenty of oil or butter, until they have a golden brown color.
- Fill the potato wraps with rocket, cucumber, pickled red onion, sour cream dressing and falafel.
