Ingredients
- 3 x steam buns
- 1 x pork ribs
- 1 x spring onion
- ½ x carrot
- ¼ x cucumber
- ½ x chili
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander
- 3 tsp hoisin sauce
Method
- Steam the steam buns according to the instructions on the package.
- Fry the ribs in a frying pan and cut into cubes.
- Thinly slice the carrots, cucumber and spring onion into matchsticks, and finely chop the chili and coriander.
- Fill the steam buns with hoisin sauce, chopped vegetables and ribs.
