Ingredients
- 3 x potatoes
- ¼ x cucumber
- 1 tbsp ginger
- tbsp water
- ½ tbsp vinegar 7%
- ¼ tbsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ clove garlic
- ¼ x chili
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 3 x pork ribs
Method
- Cut the potatoes into wedges, season with salt and pepper and bake in the middle of the oven at 225 degrees celsius for about 30-35 minutes.
- Thinly slice the cucumber with a cheese slicer, and mince the ginger.
- Combine water, vinegar, sugar, half of the minced ginger, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add the cucumber, stir well, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Mince the garlic, chili and coriander. Add them to a bowl along with the rest of the ginger. Add hoisin sauce and mix well.
- Brush the ribs with the marinade and grill or fry in a frying pan until the meat is properly cooked.
- Serve the meat with potato wedges and cucumber salad.
