Ingredients
- 4 x duck confit thighs
- 2 x carrot
- 1 x cucumber
- 4 x celery sticks
- 4 x spring onion
- 2 dl hoisin sauce
- 4 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
- 20 x chinese pancakes
Method
- At 180 degrees celsius you bake the duck thighs for 15 minutes in an AirFryer.
- You can use a hot air oven to heat the duck thighs, but they clearly turn out best in an air fryer. If you will use the oven, calculate a little longer cooking time.
- Wash the vegetables and peel the carrots. Cut all the vegetables into thin strips.
- Steam the pancakes according to the instructions on the package.
- Serve with hoisin sauce, some minced coriander and sesame seeds.
