Banana Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 x eggs
  • 3 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 x banana
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1 dl plain white flour
  • 1 dl oat flour
  • 2 handful dark chocolate

Method

  1. Use a blender to mix egg, cottage cheese, maple syrup and banana until you get a smooth batter.
  2. Mix in the dry ingredients and add chopped dark chocolate.
  3. Preheat the oven at 190 degrees celsius.
  4. Divide the batter into muffin tins and bake in the oven for approx. 15 minutes or until they get a golden crust.
